ATyoga is a vinyasa-based yoga class infused with the principals of the Alexander Technique. Verbal direction and hands-on adjustments lend clarity to the yoga postures and deepen the experience of the asana practice. ATyoga is essentially an open level class, which means that participants are able to work at their own pace and variations are given. It is ideal if you have had a few prior yoga classes, but all poses are taken slowly and with attention to proper alignment. More advanced students will be challenged by using Alexander direction while executing difficult postures.
